Mission

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to C-Level & Co-Founders to support our leadership team and help drive operational excellence across the organization.

This is a high-impact role for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can operate with discretion, ownership, and attention to detail.

To succeed as an Executive Assistant, you should be committed to ensuring smooth and effective operations at the executive level. You should be a trustworthy, proactive and detail-oriented person who can manage a variety of tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Confidentiality and professionalism are key.

This is what you will be contributing to:

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive priorities
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
• Prepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, reports, and follow-ups
• Act as a key point of contact between executives, teams, and external partners
• Support strategic initiatives, market research, and operational projects
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and proactively anticipate executive needs
• Handle sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives or founders in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• High level of discretion, reliability, and ownership
