As a result, an exciting opportunity has emerged for an Assistant to the leadership team to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will have the chance to work in a vibrant environment with a diverse culture and background. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing comprehensive support for the leaders' personal tasks and assisting them with various business responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to multiple leaders, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  
• Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the leaders.
  
• Assist in managing communications, including screening emails, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
  
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  
• Support leaders in business-related tasks, such as data analysis, project coordination, and monitoring key performance indicators.
  
• Organize travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, and family itineraries), company events, and personal functions.
  
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.
  
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  
• Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels on behalf of the leaders.
  
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with special projects as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with prior experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives or leaders.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
  
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), including the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
  
• Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work deliverables.
  
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  
• Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
  
• High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
  
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
