Pay Rate: TZS 800,000 - 1.5 Million

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with excellent writing skills to support our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative and operational background, high proficiency in written English, and the technical expertise to manage a variety of systems and tools integral to our operations. Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors, the Guest Services Team, and the Accounts Department.
  • Manage a range of operational tasks, including setting up reminders, organizing calendars, and coordinating projects through Asana or similar software.
  • Oversee high-level administrative duties, such as managing systems crucial to daily operations, creating message templates, and drafting guest communication responses.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative functions, including handling emails, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit business correspondence with impeccable written English.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Coordinate and manage tasks across multiple departments, maintaining strong collaboration.
  • Assist in resolving disputes on platforms like Booking.com
  • Maintain and update administrative systems, ensuring efficiency and timely task completion.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Highly literate, intelligent, and professional
  • Strong background in administrative and operational support, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to create and write effective message templates and guest communication responses.
  • Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience in various administrative tools (e.g., Asana, Google Workspace).
  • Experience in high-level administration, including managing systems and tools used in daily operations.
  • Must be able to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with property hosting services (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com) is advantageous.
  • Copywriting experience is a strong preference.
  • Previous experience in a multi-tasking role that involves coordination across teams.
