What’s the role?
You’ll be the calm, trusted partner behind the scenes, supporting the Managing Director, Specialised Sales, who leads a number of specialist sales teams.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in Sydney at Barangaroo on Warrane, Gadigal Country.
In this role, you’ll own diary and inbox management, making sure every meeting, message and follow up is handled with care and precision. You’ll coordinate travel, expenses and events, from town halls to offsites and client events, you will provide tailored executive support in a fast-moving environment. You’ll also work closely with the Business Manager and a broader network of Executive Assistants across the Business & Wealth division, helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
