Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented administrative professional to join our Pharmacy team as an Executive Assistant. What's Available:

• Starting salary of $52,790 a year + more for experience!

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly), full-time, benefit eligible

• Monday-Friday, dayshift, hours between 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m (hours may vary based on department needs)

• Location: La Crosse, WI

What you'll do:

• Provide advanced administrative support to leadership

• Manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Compile information for reports and presentations, preparing charts, graphs, or tables as needed

• Help prepare meetings and special events, assist with calendar management, collaborate closely with a team, take meeting-minutes, and support various projects within the department

What you'll need:

• Associate's degree in business or related field

• 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity

• Ability to work on-site in La Crosse, WI

• Strong communication, computer, and collaboration skills preferred
