The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a highly organized, proactive administrative professional for a part-time (50%) executive support role serving a senior faculty leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic academic environment and can expertly manage complex scheduling, coordinate meetings and events, support high-level communications, and provide sophisticated administrative support across academic, research, and educational activities. The position supports a wide range of faculty priorities, including grant submissions, presentations and publications, dossier and CV updates, travel coordination and reimbursements, preparation of support letters and other key materials. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal faculty and staff, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless coordination, strong communication, and effective follow-through in support of key priorities and timelines.
