Nello Studio Tributario e Societario avrai l'opportunità di esplorare il futuro dei servizi fiscali e tributari in un ambiente internazionale e multidisciplinare. Lavorerai nel team di segreteria amministrativa della sede di Bologna.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Ti occuperai del supporto amministrativo ad un team di professionisti, svolgendo le seguenti attività:
* Gestione delle attività di segreteria ordinaria (trasferte e agenda dei professionisti, corrispondenza e contatti con clienti nazionali ed internazionali, elaborazione documentazione elettronica in Outlook, Excel e Powerpoint);
* Fatturazione esterna e interna (onorari, spese, note pro-forma e pagamenti intercompany);
* Implementazione procedure interne di client/engagement acceptance.
Our Requirements
Rispondi al profilo che cerchiamo se hai un titolo di diploma o di laurea ed hai una esperienza pregressa come Executive Assistant presso primari studi professionali (Dottori commercialisti, Legali, Consulenza) o Big 4 o in aziende di grandi dimensioni.
Hai padronanza della lingua inglese (livello richiesto C1) e del pacchetto Office (Outlook, Excel, Word e Powerpoint) ed esperienza nell’utilizzo di sistemi gestionali.
Attenzione al dettaglio, autonomia operativa, riservatezza e resistenza allo stress completano il profilo.
Offriamo inizialmente un contratto da dipendente a tempo determinato. La ricerca ha carattere di urgenza.
