Executive Assistant & Office Manager

This is an opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys being at the center of a business, supporting leaders, connecting people and priorities, and ensuring the details are handled exceptionally well.

Reporting to the Southeast Wisconsin Market President, the Executive Assistant & Office Manager serves as a trusted partner to senior leaders while helping ensure the market and office operate smoothly. This highly visible role combines executive-level support with operational leadership and plays a key role in creating an organized, professional, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

The role offers structure along with significant variety. Success requires someone who can confidently move between high-level administrative support, market and business coordination, event and community engagement, and hands-on office operations. No two days are exactly alike, and the ideal candidate embraces both the strategic and practical aspects of helping a business operate effectively.

The successful candidate will be recognized as a trusted resource who anticipates needs, takes ownership, exercises sound independent judgment, and remains adaptable as priorities evolve. This role is ideal for someone who combines confidence, professionalism, maturity, and composure with a genuine desire to support others and make a meaningful impact every day.

In This Role, You Will:

Support Leaders and Key Business Activities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to market and company leaders by coordinating priorities, communications, meetings, presentations, and other administrative and operational activities.

Support Market Operations

  • Provide reporting, business coordination, and organizational support that helps leadership teams execute market priorities and business initiatives.

Coordinate Events, Sponsorships, and Community Activities

  • Lead the planning and coordination of employee, client, community, and sponsorship events while helping represent the Bank in the communities we serve.

Manage Office and Workplace Operations

  • Help ensure the Brookfield office remains organized, welcoming, efficient, and ready to support employees, clients, and visitors.

Why This Opportunity Is Unique

  • Direct partnership with the Southeast Wisconsin Market President and market leadership team.
  • Significant visibility across leadership, employees, clients, and community partners.
  • A role that combines executive support, business operations, event management, community engagement, and office leadership.
  • Meaningful variety and the opportunity to make an impact every day.
  • A collaborative, relationship-driven environment where initiative, judgment, and professionalism are highly valued.

What You Bring

We're looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a role that combines executive support, business coordination, relationship management, and office operations.

Successful candidates will typically bring:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in executive support, office management, business operations, or a related administrative leadership role.
  • Ability to work onsite at our Brookfield bank location.
  • The confidence, professionalism, and maturity to work effectively with senior leaders, clients, board and advisory board members, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as business needs change.
  • Sound independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs, take ownership, and follow through with minimal direction.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • An adaptable and resourceful approach, with the ability to move comfortably between routine operational responsibilities and complex, high-visibility assignments.
  • Strong technology skills, including Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
