We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join a tight-knit team at a well-funded, fast-moving company in the fintech space. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll be the heart of the office, supporting two founders personally while helping manage the day-to-day operations and employee experience.

Executive Support (40%) - Be the trusted right hand to two co-founders. Manage calendars, schedule travel, assist with personal logistics and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Front Desk & Office Management - Greet guests, host investor meetings, make sure the office is running smoothly, and that the space feels amazing every day.
Employee Experience - Take ownership of onboarding, offboarding, birthdays, events, and anything that makes the people feel appreciated.
Vendor & Facilities Management - Work closely with building services, external vendors, and suppliers to keep everything in top shape.
