What’s the role?

With frequent competing priorities, you’ll bring order to a constantly shifting schedule, anticipating needs and thinking several steps ahead. You’ll coordinate leadership team meetings, prepare agendas and papers, manage confidential information with care and act as a key connection point across the business.
You’ll also support events, travel and expenses, respond quickly to stakeholder requests and keep systems and documentation up to date. This is a fulltime role based in Sydney, with an expectation you’ll work 3 to 4 days per week in the office, supporting strong connection and collaboration.
