What You Will Do

• Manage and coordinate the GMs complex calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, travel, and business commitments.
• Organize internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive Office, managing correspondence, requests, and communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare and maintain executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, minutes, and confidential documentation.
• Support leadership meetings, regional business reviews, town halls, executive visits, and board-related activities.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, functional teams, external partners, government stakeholders, and other key contacts across the region.
• Track commitments, approvals, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
• Manage expense reports, purchase requests, invoices, and other administrative processes in compliance with company policies.
• Support special projects, executive communications, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
• Handle highly confidential business and people-related information with the utmost integrity and discretion.

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
• Proven experience managing executive calendars, international travel, confidential communications, and senior leadership engagements.
• Experience working within a multinational and matrix organization is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Fluent English and Arabic language skills, both written and verbal.
