$40,656 - $49,804; commensurate with experience
Serve as Executive Assistant for the Department of Marketing: 22 faculty members, 3 adjuncts, 8 graduate assistants and 2-5 student workers. Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Chair and faculty including monitor and reconcile departmental budgets, compose correspondence, maintain filing systems, schedule student workers, coordinate special events, class schedules, maintain inventories, assist students. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Three years progressively responsible secretarial clerical office experience.
Note: An Associate's degree (two years of college coursework) and one year related experience may be considered in lieu of work experience.
Five years progressively responsible secretarial clerical office experience.
CPS/CAP preferred.
