The Lead Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO and Board of Trustees is a high-level support role that blends administrative excellence with strategic coordination. The role functions as an administrative backbone and a strategic partner that offers real impact and meaningful advantages.

The corporate offices are in Villanova, PA. This position is designated as hybrid with a requirement of up to 4 in-office days per month; however, flexibility is essential, as additional in-person attendance may be required based on business needs, meetings, and events. Domestic travel within the United States (four to five times annually) is required.
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive-level support to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO), and the Devereux Board of Trustees.
