WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Provide support to the CEO;

- Manage the CEO’s calendar;

- Arrange detailed business travel plans;

- Research;

- Maintain a database of business contacts;

- Execute simple marketing campaigns;

- Help with creating content for social media;

- Handle confidential information with integrity.

MUST HAVE

-
+1 year
of experience in
executive assistant, sales, or marketing roles;

- Time management and self-organization;

- Recognizing and responding well to changing priorities;

- Working in a fast-paced environment and proactively finding solutions;

- Paying attention to detail and meeting deadlines;

- Written and verbal
English
skills;

- Using basic modern technology;

- Using productivity software such as Google Calendar, Documents and Sheets.

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience in working with any CRM;

- Sales background, SDR experience, EA experience.
