
As an Executive Assistant Intern to the Deputy General Manager at Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, you're part of a team that delivers truly exceptional guest experiences through meticulous operational management
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining administrative and operational processes, ensuring the smooth functioning of our luxury train operations.
This internship offers an invaluable chance to gain hands-on experience and directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our company.
You will assist the DGM with email and agenda management, support the implementation and follow-up of Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs), and contribute to budget follow-up and reporting tasks.
A key responsibility will be to finalize our comprehensive guide of onboard and operational SoPs.
You'll also work closely with the Senior Team on Operations (STOP) and participate in various operational initiatives to enhance overall company efficiency, providing true exposure to the dynamic world of luxury travel operations.
