The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $80,825.00 to $129,322.00. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

Are you a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment? We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant II to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership while serving as a trusted partner to executive management.

In this highly visible role, you will manage executive priorities, coordinate critical communications, and serve as a key liaison between leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Success in this position requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while handling sensitive and confidential information.

Beyond traditional administrative support, you will play an important role in driving efficiency and supporting business objectives by managing special projects, preparing executive reports and presentations, coordinating vendor relationships, processing invoices, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and make a meaningful impact across the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and exercise sound decision-making in a dynamic executive setting.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information including the handling of confidential and non-routine information.
  • Prepares and distributes various division and Board reports on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Compiles information for projects and research purposes for both internal and external needs.
  • Acts as a project manager for special projects, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations and disseminating information.
  • Responsible for meeting deadlines for mail/correspondence distribution and calendar updates.
  • Provides timely, accurate and professional administrative support to the direct manager.
  • Manages calendars (calendar activities, coordinate variety of executive meetings), including travel
  • Prepares letters and/or memos when requested or needed.
  • Coordinates meetings.
  • Meets with vendors or contractors when applicable.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • 2 years supporting a C-level executive or EVP-level leader
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • The ability to display discretion when handling information of a sensitive and confidential nature
  • Effective and accurate record-keeping abilities

Preferences:

  • Previous banking or lending environment
  • Ability to take minutes
  • Understanding of banking terminology
  • Close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks.
