The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and personal assistance to the Chief People Officer (CPO).

Responsibilities

  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events, including scheduling onsite and virtual meetings with multiple internal & external participants and booking conference rooms
  • Arrange travels and accommodations for the CPO and team members
  • Support HR budget management and control, including purchase orders and expense reports (invoices and POs)
  • Coordinate and prepare internal reports and presentations within the department and to management
  • Lead and coordinate various projects within and outside the department
  • Arrange and coordinate all HR departments social activities and events (offsite meetings, holiday toasts, birthdays, volunteering, etc.)
  • Work closely with the Employee Experience manager in arranging site events for all employees in Israel
  • Working closely with the Talent Management, Learning and Development in arranging workshops and learning activities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in office administration of senior management
  • Excellent level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, PPT
  • High attention to details and problem-solving orientation
  • Resourceful, fast learner, and knows how to manage unexpected situations
  • Service orientation and "can do" attitude with a high standard of ethics
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent ability to work with multiple interfaces
