
The Executive Assistant & HR Representative provides high-quality administrative and organizational support to the General Manager while supporting the effective delivery of operational HR activities.The role acts as a trusted point of coordination between the General Manager, employees, managers, internal functions, and external stakeholders. It manages complex scheduling, communications, meetings, documentation, and business priorities with a high degree of confidentiality. In parallel, the role supports day-to-day HR processes, payroll-related coordination, and the consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.The position requires strong organizational capability, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to balance executive support responsibilities with operational HR priorities.Typical Accountabilities
