Job Title: Executive Assistant for West Region
FLSA Status: Exempt
Department: Executive
Hours of Operation:40 hours per/week 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday

General Job Summary:
Assists and supports the Market President, DCO, and RRM, with daily administrative, scheduling, event coordination, public relations, meeting preparation, sales support, and marketing support to ensure the workload runs smoothly.
Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.
• Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Expected to be an initiative-taking, self-starter, who seeks team success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as customers, to coordinate a variety of meetings.
• Create, prepare, and maintain various reports as needed.
• Attend meetings as specified and keep minutes, if needed
• Prepare and edit presentation materials.
• Coordinate travel schedules and manage reservations as needed.
• Order supplies for West Region branches, staff, or facilities as needed.
• Handle Confidential Information with discretion and diplomacy.
• Assist Mkt. President in coordination of activities between Regional Department Leadership. (Wealth, Retail Banking, Business Banking, Res. Mortgage, Treasury Management)
• Assist Market President in Community Involvement efforts to maximize SYB exposure in Evansville and West Ky marketplace.
• Manages local ticket distribution for various events.
• Manages Christmas gift lists and organizes gift distribution.
• Assists Loan Coordinators with sending packages as needed.
• Employees advocate who seek wins, wants, and opportunities to celebrate high performing team members and to care for employees who need encouragement.
• Community Contributions, be the point of contact for our regional requests.
• Prepare and file Expense Reports for the Market President.
• Draft internal and external communications with guidance from the Mkt. Pres.
• Work with the Marketing Department to organize social events for the West Region teams
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: High School/GED. College preferred. Or equivalent professional experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ administrative experience.
Specific Skills:
• Banking experience preferred
• Ability to use independent judgment and make decisions
• Strong grammar
• Spelling and business writing skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of business etiquette
• Must be detail oriented
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills
• Expected to be proficient in all technology tools made available to employees
• There are elevated expectations of superior communication and delivery of community bank excellence.
