The Group Human Resources Supervisory Department, which is part of Rakuten Group, Inc.’s corporate headquarters, currently provides human resources services to more than tens of thousands of employees in order to strengthen the Rakuten Group’s organizational capabilities.
Position:
Position Details
As a "Business Assistant" to two executives in the Group Human Resources Supervisory Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
・Coordinate and manage the schedules of the executives in charge and deal with internal and external parties
・Coordinating appointments with external parties
・Handling of visitors and guests
・Organize and manage materials for important meetings and presentations
・Travel arrangements (domestic and international)
・Reimbursement of expenses, and other general affairs-related duties
Mandatory Qualifications:
・Experience as a secretary or assistant for executives
・Experience in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications:
・Experience working in a global company, whether Japanese or foreign-affiliated
・Experience working in a large organization
