About the Role:


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate

Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client's executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills,

a keen understanding of the real estate industry, and the ability to manage complex schedules and projects with discretion. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our executive office and supporting the company's strategic goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

    and professionalism.

  • Screen

    and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and

    other documents.

  • Conduct research and compile data on market trends, property values, and other relevant information.

  • Coordinate and manage real estate transactions, including document preparation and closing coordination.

  • Liaise with clients, agents, vendors, and other stakeholders.

  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.

  • Manage travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.

  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.

  • Manage property listings and maintain accurate records.


Requirements


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Strong understanding of real estate terminology and

    practices.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-

    management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience with real estate CRMs and listing platforms is a plus.
