The Role:   We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support three members of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). In this role you will manage schedules, communications, travel and expenses, and provide reliable operational support that helps our executives stay focused on their highest priorities. You’ll work closely with a busy leadership group during an exciting period of growth, anticipating needs, solving problems and helping things run smoothly day-to-day. What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage complex and changing diaries across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are balanced and protected 
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including agendas, briefing materials, logistics and follow-up actions 
  • Monitor and manage executive inboxes, triaging requests and maintaining timely communication internally and externally 
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders on behalf of the executives, handling queries with professionalism and discretion 
  • Arrange end-to-end travel, accommodation and itineraries, ensuring smooth execution around executive availability 
  • Submit and track expenses and support basic finance admin 
  • Provide occasional support for wider team activities such as events, offsites or key team meetings (virtual and in-person) 
  • Assist with general administrative tasks that keep the team running smoothly and create space for executives to focus on strategic priorities
About You:  
  • 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative/support role
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise across conflicting demands
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder management ability
  • High level of discretion
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Competency with MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and willingness to learn new systems
