The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division (PHD), Health Licensing Office (HLO) section is recruiting for an Executive Assistant (Executive Support Specialist 2).
This vital role provides direct support to HLO management and helps to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities include initiating and coordinating job recruitments, facilitating interviews, managing onboarding processes, handling board member recruitment activities, supporting general HR functions, and scheduling office maintenance needs. Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be reflected in your application for consideration.
one year of experience performing administrative duties in support of agency projects or programs. Qualifying experience would involve data collection and analysis; project evaluation and/or analysis; interpretation and application of laws, rules, and regulations; or similar experience.
