We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Vice President, Engineering. This is more than a traditional administrative role. You’ll be a trusted partner, strategic coordinator, and key contributor operating at the heart of a dynamic, high-profile division. You are Highly proactive with dynamic anticipation of executive's needs. Your work also requires comprehensive experience and skill, and exceptional judgement and discretion.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and operational support at the executive level.

Additional information
The target salary range: $66,500 - $83,100 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
