About the role
A new opportunity to support a senior executive at the centre of Origin’s Energy Supply & Operations business is now available. Reporting to the Executive General Manager within the Energy Supply & Operations business, you will operate as a true partner, enabling leadership effectiveness, driving coordination across the business unit, and ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly.
This is a highly proactive role where you’ll stay ahead of the agenda, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities with confidence and discretion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide high-level executive support, enabling leadership effectiveness and decision-making
Manage the EGM’s calendar and communications as a strategic asset
Triage and progress requests using sound judgement to drive outcomes
Lead coordination of leadership forums, business reviews and governance processes
Act as a trusted point of contact across senior internal and external stakeholders
What will you bring?
Proven experience supporting senior executives within large, complex organisations
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong judgement and ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
Discreet, professional and comfortable handling sensitive information
Advanced capability across Microsoft Office and business systems
A collaborative, can-do approach with a focus on outcomes
