About Your Company

The hiring company is one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong and is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain valuable experience in the dynamic real estate industry!

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other C-suite executives.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

• Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.

• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor holder is a must.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese/Mandarin.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and proactively under pressure.

• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
