We are looking for an Executive Assistant & Corporate Affairs, Associate Director to join our BASAC region (South America, Central America & the Caribbean). This is a high-impact role that combines strategy, Chief of Staff/Executive Officer responsibilities, business insights, communications, and corporate affairs.
This is not a traditional Corporate Affairs role—it is a business-oriented, analytical, strategic leadership position serving as the right hand to the BASAC Regional VP.
Your new department
Within BASAC Corporate Affairs, you'll join a region in accelerated growth and transformation. Covering South America, Central America, and the Caribbean, our team is responsible for public affairs, communications, sustainability, and business insights across diverse markets. This role offers you the unique opportunity to build new capabilities, work closely with the Regional VP, and influence both regional execution and global strategy while making a tangible difference for patients across the region.
Your new role
As Executive Assistant & Corporate Affairs, Associate Director, you will serve as both strategic partner and operational leader to the BASAC VP, while building a new Business Insights capability from the ground up. You'll drive regional strategy, influence global decision-making, and make a direct impact on organizational performance and patient outcomes across a diverse set of countries.
