About the Role

We're hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO. You'll help manage priorities across scheduling, communications, travel, and events, ensuring the CEO can focus on the highest-impact opportunities for the business.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of a rapidly scaling company, working closely with customers, investors, candidates, and company leadership.

You Will…

• Own the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings across customers, investors, candidates, and internal stakeholders
• Manage and prioritize inbound communications, including email triage and drafting responses
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and scheduling for internal and external engagements
• Support key company events, including board meetings, leadership offsites, and customer or investor gatherings
• Build processes and systems that improve executive efficiency as the company scales

You Have…

• 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders, preferably at a venture-backed startup or in a high-performance environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills and sound judgment
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
