This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote role supports high-tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments within South Africa. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate candidate and client interviews with discretion and precision • Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and follow-up notes with clear action tracking • Maintain meeting cadence and ensure decisions and next steps are documented • Maintain confidential records, contracts, and correspondence in shared systems • Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel coordination (as needed) • Own inbox triage and stakeholder communication to protect executive focus time
Requirements
• 5+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in consulting, professional services, or recruitment • Advanced calendar management and executive-level coordination capability • Proficiency with office productivity tools and executive document formatting standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment • High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations • Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
