Join us as an “ Executive Assistant - Administration & Management", where you will provide subject matter expertise on India employment legislation, Regulatory Requirements, and Organisational compliance procedures. In this role, you will support the organisation by offering guidance on complex employment law matters, interpreting statutory requirements, ensuring that policies and processes reflect current legal standards and attend various hearings with the regulators . You will partner with various stakeholders to drive fair, consistent, and legally compliant employee practices across the organisation.
To be successful as an " Executive Assistant - Administration & Management”, you should have experience with:
Required Skills:
Manage complex executive calendars, ensuring timely responses to meeting requests and optimised planning across time zones.
Plan and arrange travel itineraries including flights, accommodation and ground transportation, ensuring efficient and compliant travel.
Proactively anticipate needs, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables in a fast‑moving environment.
Additional Skills:
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; manage expectations with clarity and professionalism.
Handle complex/sensitive communication with discretion, sound judgement and executive presence. Build networks beyond immediate team.
Develop deep expertise in work area; act as an advisor where appropriate and partner with other functions/business areas.
Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as expenses, record keeping/filing, distribution lists and organisation management tasks as required.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to controls across owned activities.
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Strong experience in executive support (complex calendar management, travel, expenses, stakeholder coordination).
Excellent written and verbal communication with professional executive presence.
Strong judgement, prioritisation, attention to detail and confidentiality discipline.
Sound understanding of governance/controls requirements in day‑to‑day delivery.
Bachelor’s degree.

This role will be based out of Gurugram.
