The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, calendars, and other business needs of the COO and CPO.
- Research, compile data, create and edit high quality confidential documents such as letters, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Support HR and Operations special projects.
- Coordinate logistics for internal leadership and committee meetings including scheduling, drafting agendas, and creating meeting materials.
- Interact and communicate effectively in written and verbal form with executives and all levels of employees within the organization.
- Assist in managing logistics for annual physician summit.
- Prioritize various assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain various spreadsheets and databases.
- Reconcile corporate credit card statements and monitor charges.
- Facilitates provider onboarding and offboarding.
- Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values.
- Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate administrative support experience for senior executive leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency with MS Outlook, calendaring, and MS Office.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality on all matters.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships – both within the company and with business associates outside the company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a highly motivated individual with a high level of initiative and an attitude of willingness to work outside defined job responsibilities.
- Must be team player willing to assist others at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively on a one-on-one basis or in group setting.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Experience working within a healthcare organization is a plus.
