Your Role, Your Impact

• Coordinate executive schedules and ensure seamless alignment across global and local teams for scalable operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by managing communication channels and preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
• Maintain reliability in administrative processes through document control, compliance tracking, and meeting logistics.
• Drive innovation by implementing digital tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint for workflow optimization.
• Promote knowledge sharing by maintaining internal communication platforms and supporting leadership engagement initiatives.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ related to an executive administrative assistant or senior assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams for executive reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience with digital collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Concur for travel and expense management.
• Ability to draft and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and internal communications with precision.
• Understanding of confidentiality protocols and discretion in handling sensitive information.
