O’Reilly-Wooten Offices is seeking an experienced Executive & Personal Assistant to provide trusted administrative, financial, and personal support to the O’Reilly family. The Executive & Personal Assistant will manage a variety of responsibilities across business, household, financial, and administrative needs. Success in this role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, and communication, along with the flexibility and willingness to step in wherever needed. The ideal candidate is sharp, approachable, dependable, and grounded. Someone who learns quickly, anticipates needs, follows through, and builds trust through consistency will thrive in this role. This is a four-day-per-week position based in Springfield, Missouri, generally working 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The typical schedule is anticipated to provide flexibility may occasionally be needed based on family, office, and business needs.
The position works within a small, close-knit office of approximately 10 people. The environment is collaborative, relationship-focused, and grounded in a willingness to help where needed. Because of the nature of the role, the Executive & Personal Assistant should be comfortable providing both professional and personal support while consistently maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.
This role goes beyond completing administrative tasks. The Executive & Personal Assistant will become a trusted and dependable resource who understands priorities, anticipates needs, follows through on commitments, and helps keep both professional and personal responsibilities running smoothly.
