Executive Assistant opportunity to be trusted partner and support for Executive General Managers of one of Australia's iconic brands, Boral. Add value to a high performing operational business.
As a key member of two leadership teams, you will bring initiative, strong forward-planning capability, and exceptional organisational skills to keep our two Executive General Managers one step ahead. With strong emotional intelligence and sound judgement, you will navigate sensitive situations, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
You will provide high-level executive support as well as coordinate events and leadership meetings. Your ability to “read the room”, solve problems proactively and manage competing priorities will directly contribute to the effectiveness of the EGMs and leadership teams.
