About the Role

As Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership and success of UOW's Brand & Marketing Division. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll manage competing priorities, coordinate high-level activities, and ensure the Chief Marketing Officer is supported to focus on strategic objectives. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across the University.

  • Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to enable success
  • Manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Coordinate executive activities, meetings and events
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across the University
  • Deliver high-quality communications and administrative support
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the Brand & Marketing Division

About the Team

The Brand & Marketing Division plays a critical role in shaping how UOW is understood, chosen and championed by students, partners and communities around the world.

The Executive Assistant works within the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer, at the centre of a fast-paced executive environment with frequent competing priorities, sensitive information and significant internal and external stakeholder contact.

Role Details

  • Employment type: Permanent/Continuing | Full-time
  • Level 5: $85,682 - $96,898 + 17% Superannuation Location: Wollongong / Hybrid
  • Valid Australian work rights required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
