Stay Texas manages vacation homes across the Texas Hill Country and beyond, combining local expertise with a genuine love for the Texas experience. With local teams handling housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, revenue management, and guest support, the details matter at Stay Texas.
The Executive Assistant serves as the central point of coordination for executive leadership, supporting the CEO, CDO, and General Manager across calendars, communications, meetings, projects, and day-to-day administration.
This is a role for someone who is exceptionally organized, professional, discreet, and driven. You will often be the first person someone speaks to when they contact the executive team, so you need to know how to communicate professionally, prioritize what matters, and anticipate what leadership will need before they ask.
You will also be the face of the corporate office — keeping the office organized, welcoming visitors, managing incoming communications, and making sure important tasks do not get lost.
You sit within the Executive team and work directly with the CEO, CDO, and General Manager.
This is an on-site role, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST. You will balance executive support with office administration, communication management, and special projects.
Apply here — it takes about four minutes on a phone. You will answer a handful of questions written to find out what you can actually do, upload a résumé, and complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the process.

Stayd is an operator-led collective of independent vacation rental management companies, built on a simple idea: the best operators in the industry get further together.
Member brands keep their autonomy, their local identity, and the relationships they've built with owners and guests in their markets. What changes is everything behind the scenes. Operators plug into a shared tech stack, central support functions, group purchasing power, and a library of operational playbooks contributed by the best operators in the group.
No single headquarters dictates how things get done. Instead, each brand brings its strongest practices to the table, and the whole collective gets sharper because of it. When one operator solves a problem well, every member benefits.
The result is a model that gives independent operators the scale, leverage, and infrastructure of a national company, without losing what made their business worth joining in the first place.
Our mission is straightforward: build the best vacation rental management company in the industry, together.
