Job Description

Executive Assistant to the CCO (6 month FTC)

Ever tried keeping a Chief Commercial Officer's diary watertight, a 700 person awards night on track & a company wide charity campaign moving, all in the same week? That's the pace we're offering our next Executive Assistant to the CCO. You'll join Lomond on a 6 month fixed term contract, based at our Head Office near Liverpool Street Station, working four days a week from the office and one from home, reporting directly to the CCO, on a salary of £50,000 FTE.

Lomond is one of the UK's largest and fastest growing property services groups, built through 80+ acquisitions. Growth at this pace only works with the right person holding the centre together, and that's what this role is about: giving our CCO and wider C-suite the support, structure & discretion they need to keep moving fast.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the CCO's diary, meetings & correspondence, adapting quickly as priorities shift across the C-suite
  • Own end to end delivery of executive events, from 30 person strategy offsites to our 700 person annual awards night
  • Prepare and format board papers, executive presentations & organisation charts to a consistently high standard
  • Act as company secretary for board meetings, keeping governance documentation accurate & on time
  • Lead fundraising for our partner charity, Centrepoint, coordinating activity across every region
  • Manage our Office Admin, and oversee day to day running of Head Office, including liaising with our landlord, Industrious Workspace
  • Handle approvals for purchase orders, invoices & costs, acting as the office's main point of knowledge

We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:

  • 5+ years' experience supporting senior or C-suite stakeholders in a corporate environment
  • 2+ years' experience in corporate office management
  • A track record of delivering large scale events end to end
  • Advanced design skills across the Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, comfortable building trusted relationships with senior leaders
  • Discretion, emotional intelligence & sound judgement when handling confidential information

Here's what you can look forward to

At Lomond Group, we believe in taking care of our people. That's why we offer some amazing perks and benefits through our engagement platform, LOMONDlife, such as:

  • 28 days Holiday Allowance
  • Access discounts at over 900 retailers through our smart spending app, plus a wellbeing centre with resources to help you stay active, eat well, build financial confidence & look after your mental health
  • Free, confidential counselling through our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Spread the cost of the latest gadgets & appliances with our Smart Tech Scheme
  • Cut your commute's carbon footprint with our Cycle2Work Scheme
  • Enhanced Family Friendly Leave covering maternity, paternity, adoption & IVF
  • Competitive base pay benchmarked to market
  • Recognition for length of service, marked with special days & celebrations
  • A pension scheme to help you build towards retirement
  • Funded professional qualifications to back your development & career growth
  • Regular company socials, because we work hard & socialise even harder

If this sounds like you, the process starts with a screening call with our Talent Acquisition team, followed by an interview with the CCO.

We're accepting applications until Friday 11th September, though we may close the role earlier if we receive a high volume of applications. If you require any adjustments to the recruitment or interview process, contact Lisa Nostro at recruitment@lomond.co.uk.

At Lomond, diversity & inclusion are at the heart of what we do. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, nationalities, abilities & perspectives. Apply today.
