Job Description

Executive Assistant
$32.20 - $40.40 | In Person reporting to Duluth, MN

Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership and the Community Relations team, dedicating support across both functions through the management of complex schedules, communications, projects, events, and sensitive information to enhance organizational effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and business success.

What you'll do

  • Provide diverse and complex administrative support for departments, company executives, and/or the Board of Directors, which requires extensive knowledge of company functions, policy, philosophy, organizational structure, objectives and practices.
  • Manage schedule/calendar and arrange meetings, appointments, travel, conference calls, etc.
  • Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail, and e-mail.
  • Use business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation, electronic filing and spreadsheet software) to develop and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
  • Track expenses, create purchase requests and provide assistance with budget preparation.
  • Coordinate department activities and projects, as well as the handling of details to assure implementation.
  • Exercise ability to recognize and preserve the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information on a day-to-day basis.
  • May provide direction and training to others.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree PLUS two years or more related experience.
    OR
    • Associate’s degree PLUS four years or more related experience.
      OR
    • High school diploma or equivalent PLUS specialized clerical courses or equivalent PLUS six years or more related experience.
  • An ability and willingness to work flexible hours and/or travel to meet company needs.
  • An ability to manage conflicting requests and use organizational skills to effectively multitask.

The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $32.20 - $40.40. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, and experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package including:
