Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with at least two years of relevant work experience. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills; and a strong sense of responsibility. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately, with a high level of attention to detail and the capacity to work under tight timelines, is essential. A high level of computer proficiency, including the effective use of AI tools, is required.

The appointee will provide executive support to teaching and learning-related initiatives, inclusive of administration of teaching grants, teaching excellence schemes and curriculum reviews, in addition to performing other duties as assigned.
