The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President (SVP), Global Home Care & P&G PRO R&D, along with key members of the Central Operations Leadership Team located at our Ivorydale Office near Cincinnati, OH. This role blends traditional executive support with senior leadership, operational coordination, communications, and organizational effectiveness responsibilities in a dynamic global environment.

Global Home Care & P&G PRO R&D is a global organization of approximately 500 employees across North America, Europe, and Asia. This role provides direct support to the SVP and key members of the Central Operations Leadership Team, including senior R&D and HR leaders. The position works closely with the Fabric & Home Care Communications Leader, CTO Office, Global Home Care Leadership Team, and a wide network of external and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support for Senior Vice President

• Manage a complex global calendar across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visa requirements, itineraries, and logistics.
• Prepare executive meeting materials, organize pre-reads, maintain OneNotes, and manage critical documents.
• Process expenses and support administrative operations for the SVP office.
• Serve as a key liaison between the SVP office, leadership teams, CTO organization, and external partners.
• Coordinate executive communications, including town halls, leadership updates, podcasts, organizational announcements, and leadership messages.
• Draft presentations, meeting agendas, and communication materials to support executive priorities.
• Manage executive email and action-item follow-up to ensure timely execution.
• Demonstrate exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  

Leadership Team Operations

• Own the Home Care & P&G Professional R&D leadership team master calendar and meeting cadence.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, innovation reviews, and business events.
• Provide calendar and travel support for senior leaders on the Central Operations team.
• Manage purchase orders and budget-related administrative activities associated with the SVP office.
• Support end-to-end business review preparation and logistics.
  

Hub & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate R&D Makerspace operations to support productivity, compliance, and employee experience.
• Manage supply inventories and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate annual training requirements and compliance activities.
• Support inventory audits, reconciliations, and facility reviews.
• Serve as liaison with security, facilities, and building services teams.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher degree.
• 3+ years of executive or administrative support experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• High degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote.
• Ability to work 5 days per week out of our Ivorydale location in the St. Bernard area of Cincinnati.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, or equivalent senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating global travel and executive-level events.
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Ability to build strong partnerships across global organizations and functions.
