Executive Assistant: This is where you come in.
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to partner closely with the President of Building Services, delivering proactive, high-level support that enhances their ability to lead, make decisions, and drive the business forward. This includes managing complex calendars and competing priorities, preparing executive briefings and presentations, coordinating financial and administrative workflows, and ensuring both leaders have the information, structure, and support they need to operate at their highest level.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President of Building Services, helping drive alignment, communication, and execution across the organization. You will manage the flow of critical information, coordinate priorities and commitments, and ensure momentum on key business initiatives, including annual business planning, financial and operational reviews, executive reporting, employee communications, and enterprise-wide projects.
Acting as a central point of coordination, you will help connect teams, streamline processes, and establish effective communication rhythms that keep leaders informed and aligned. You will provide visibility into priorities, deliverables, timelines, and key decisions, enabling the President and leadership team to focus on strategic objectives and business performance.
You will also work closely with executive leadership to develop and deliver internal communications, including leadership messages, organizational announcements, presentations, and business updates. Through clear, timely, and consistent communication, you will help reinforce organizational priorities, support employee engagement, and ensure teams remain connected to the vision and direction of the business.

Our Seattle HQ office (17930 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188) has easy access to the SeaTac International Airport, ample secured parking, and newly renovated office facilities - not to mention great views! Neighborhood amenities include an onsite deli, restaurants, and convenient freeway/airport access. This role has flexibility at times, but requires a consistent four days of work in the office a week.
