Executive Assistant

Location: London – Office-based

Contract type: Permanent, part-time, 24 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed)

Reports to: Business Support Lead

Salary: Starting from£21,000 + benefits (Full time equivalent £35,000 pa)

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Managing Directors (MDs) and play a key role in facilitating the smooth operation of business activities across the firm. This person will be part-time, working approximately 24 hours per week.

About the role

You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the business, working closely with senior leaders while proactively supporting operational priorities. You will be responsible for the following:

Administrative support to our Managing Directors Providing high-quality day-to-day support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics (rooms, catering), supporting travel arrangements, expenses, and wider administrative tasks.

Administrative support to the Operations Group: Supporting the Operations Group to progress key business priorities, including maintaining trackers, driving actions forward, and proactively identifying solutions to improving efficiency across the business. Lead on, and contribute to, internal projects and initiatives, including developing materials and documents for both internal and client-facing use.

Stakeholder management: acting as broker and main point of contact for key internal and external senior stakeholders – e.g. board members and advisors, key clients and prospective clients, and supporting the coordination of meetings.

Managing company events and meetings: working alongside the EA to the CEO to help organise Away Days and ‘People Fridays’, both in-person and virtual. Managing all aspects of bookings (budgeting, accommodation, catering, venues for day and evening events); supporting with developing the agenda and content for the day.

Support management of the office space: supporting the EA to the CEO to liaise with building management and IT service providers; ensuring the office is well-equipped and maintained; managing the meeting rooms and the desk booking system.

About you

· An experienced Executive Assistant, with demonstrable experience supporting executive-level stakeholders

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities

· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

· Previous experience organising and managing company events

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience of developing and maintaining relationships, particularly with senior level stakeholders

· Strong organisational and time management skills; experienced in handling conflicting workstreams

· Flexibility and adaptability, with a proactive “can-do” attitude towards their role and supporting the business: a team player

· Strong Microsoft Office and 365 skills

· An understanding of management consulting is desirable
