We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant based in the Philippines to provide dedicated support to our General Managers. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and operational support to a number of General Managers, helping them manage their priorities and work efficiently. You'll coordinate schedules, prepare business documents, support key projects, and act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
