We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Oman In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, coordinate daily operations, manage schedules, arrange travel, and handle confidential information. Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents.
- Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Organize meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidential records and company documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external business partners.
- Support office administration and assist with special projects.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.
