Role Purpose
This is a pivotal Executive Assistant role that supports the effective running of our Reading office while enabling the General Manager and Executive Leadership Team to operate at their best. Combining executive support, operational coordination, office management and employee experience, this role is central to ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently every day.
As the trusted point of coordination for the Reading office, you will work closely with senior leaders, colleagues, suppliers and corporate functions to create a professional, organised and welcoming workplace. You'll anticipate needs before they arise, bring structure to a fast-paced environment and ensure that priorities, projects and day-to-day operations stay on track. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives on making a real impact behind the scenes.
