About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (known internally as an Administrative Business Partner) to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you will provide executive and operational support to Melbourne-based Partners and their teams, contributing to the delivery of client projects and core business activities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and has a proven track record of supporting executives. You'll be exceptionally organised, adaptable and confident managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and working styles, while bringing strong emotional intelligence, excellent relationship-building skills, and a good sense of humour to your work.
You will work closely with the Melbourne Administrative Assistant as part of a two-person Business Support team, working collaboratively to provide seamless support across the office. This includes providing coverage for each other during periods of leave, peak workloads and changing business priorities. Your contribution will help our teams focus on what matters most — delivering impactful work for our clients.
We are open to either a full-time or four-day work week While the role is predominantly based in our Melbourne CBD office, we recognise the value of flexible ways of working and support hybrid working arrangements where it is practical.
Key Responsibilities

More broadly, you will collaborate with other internal team members to provide consistent support across the business, including assistance for other leaders and staff members as needed.
Success in the role will require you to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and with client contacts to support a high standard of service delivery.
