Job Description

Do you love organizing things, have a keen eye for detail and bring experience supporting senior executives?

At Blackmores, Australia’s leading vitamin and supplement brand, we’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level support to multiple senior executives from our conveniently located Surry Hills office.

You'll be the trusted right hand to our senior leaders, playing a pivotal role in keeping a fast-paced and dynamic function running smoothly. No two days will be the same – from managing complex diaries, coordinating travel and events, preparing board reports and meeting minutes, to supporting financial processes and stakeholder engagement.

You'll thrive in a role that requires initiative, adaptability and exceptional organisational skills, proactively anticipating needs, managing competing priorities and ensuring executives can focus on delivering business outcomes.

Who are you?

  • An experienced Executive Assistant with a track record of supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organised, with strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • A confident relationship builder who works effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Tech-savvy, with strong Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint skills

  • Positive, proactive and resilient, with a genuine passion for supporting others and delivering great outcomes

What we offer?

  • Hybrid working, walking distance to Central Railway as you’ll be based in our Surry Hills office

  • A culture that celebrates wins, appreciates effort, and encourages you to be yourself

  • Great perks: onsite parking, Fitness Passport, a wellbeing day, and opportunities to grow

  • Health and wellbeing benefits, plus a generous product allowance

  • A supportive EA network to bounce ideas off

  • A company committed to doing good—on track to be carbon neutral by 2030

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, highly professional EA who enjoys variety, takes ownership and loves being at the centre of a high-performing team.

Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team. We will reach out to our preferred agency partners if required. Your respect for this process is appreciated.
