We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Sr. Sales Director overseeing the dynamic and fast-growing automotive sales operations in China for Molex. This pivotal role ensures the seamless execution of day-to-day activities by expertly managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, facilitating clear communication, and organizing key meetings and events.

As a trusted partner to the Sr. Sales Director and the broader Molex automotive sales team, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and enabling strategic focus. What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Coordinate scheduling for individual meetings, leadership sessions, and company-wide events, while preparing materials, briefing notes, and follow-up documentation
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, serving as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, proactively handling scheduling conflicts and ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets
  • Process and reconcile expense reports promptly, track reimbursements and approvals, and maintain accurate budget records for office and events
  • Plan and support recurring team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
  • Manage all meeting logistics such as catering, AV setup, room reservations, participant communications, and maintain organizational charts and shared resources as needed
  • Lead coordination of company-wide events by developing timelines, managing budgets, securing vendors, overseeing event execution, and ensuring alignment with company culture and values

The Experience You Will Bring

  • Previous experience supporting leadership teams, within an international, fast-paced corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with expense management and calendar scheduling software.
  • Experience planning and managing complex domestic and international travel, including logistics and cost-control
  • Experience processing and reconciling expense reports accurately, monitor budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Experience coordinating corporate events from planning through execution, including vendor management and budget oversight
  • Fluent in English enabling professional interaction with global teams and external partners
