What’s on offer?

We wish to complement our existing Fulton Hogan Utilities team with an experienced Executive Assistant for our rapidly expanding national business, based in Dulwich.

The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workloads, with the flexibility to adapt to situations, will see you succeed in this role. You will have an excellent eye for detail and a hands on approach to delivering required outcomes.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

In this senior executive support role, you will be responsible for supporting senior executives with:

  • Diary and travel management

  • Monthly board & management reporting

  • Preparing / proof reading presentations

  • Credit card reconciling

  • Booking meetings, taking minutes, and ordering catering

  • Arranging and managing key events

  • Managing office email distribution lists and distribution of internal memorandums.

How you'll connect to the role:

  • Great skills in the Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)

  • Attention to detail, ability to problem solve and a positive can-do attitude

  • A confident communicator with a professional and friendly persona

  • You will demonstrate time management and organisational skills

  • You will easily develop good working relationships with internal and external customers

  • You will pride yourself on maintaining a high attention to detail, with strong data entry skills

  • Adopting AI to support senior executives to be more efficient
