About the Role
Step into a high‑impact role supporting two senior leaders, the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and Executive Director – Engineering, Technology and Project Management, as an Executive Assistant within a growing, fast‑paced organisation. Reporting to our Senior Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on being proactive, staying two steps ahead, and anticipating what executives need before they ask.
As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be the central point of coordination for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity of priorities and smooth execution of day‑to‑day activities. You’ll manage complex calendars and inboxes, prepare high‑quality briefing materials and presentations, coordinate domestic and international travel, and support division‑wide meetings and events.
This role calls for someone who brings sound judgement, discretion and ownership to everything they do. You’ll build strong relationships across the business, encourage a self‑service culture within teams, and look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve how we work. You’ll also collaborate closely with our wider Executive Support team, stepping in to provide coverage and contributing to a cohesive, high‑performing support function.
If you’re a confident communicator, a natural organiser and someone who loves enabling senior leaders to operate at their best, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the heart of our organisation
